What are Affirmations?

Affirmations are simply any positive or negative statements that we make, as we go through life. They can be natural, automatic statements or statements made on purpose.

I would like to concentrate here on POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS.

Basically, positive affirmations, or what most people mean by them, are positive phrases which you repeat to yourself which describe how you want to be. So when you first start saying your positive affirmations, they may not be true, but with repetition they sink into your subconscious mind, you really start to believe them, and eventually they become your reality, they become a self fulfilling prophecy and actually become true.

 

For example Positive  SELF LOVE Affirmations could be :

  • I love myself unconditionally .

  • I accept myself as I am.

  • I forgive myself for all my mistakes.

  • I am proud of myself.

  • I respect myself and treat myself with kindness and love.

  • I am a valuable person.

 

 Using positive affirmations gives you back control of your mind and the information it receives. It simply means that YOU start to have control on your life. We could say that it puts you in the driver’s seat of your mind and lets you flood it with positive information which will change you for the better!

So, DON’T WAIT, START TO CHECK HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU RIGHT NOW!

IT MAY BE SO MUCH FUN TO START TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR LIFE WHICH WOULD BE – MORE SUCCESSFUL, MORE HEALTHIER , MORE CREATIVE, HAPPIER, MORE FRIENDLY AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU WISH… and remember please WHATEVER YOU CREATE IT WILL COME  BACK TO YOU.

What is Visualisation ?

  Visualization is the art of creating powerful mental pictures, what is otherwise called seeing with the mind’s eye.
It is simply the ability to see or sense images in your mind – images of the things you desire, the life you want to lead, the relationships you want in your life.
Actually, it is very similar to daydreaming but with a crucial difference. Daydreaming is casual and random while visualisation is structured and directed.

 Don’t give up if you “do not see anything”. 😉 Different people visualise in different ways. Some see mental images as if they are watching a movie, when others sense images rather than see them. And some both sense and see the images at the same time. – “Visualization activates the power of your thoughts. “
